We're proud to announce our $100,000 annual contribution to the Howard University School of Business for the creation and management of their Center for Digital Business, as well as related business education offerings and programming, over the next two years.
In support of our core objective of driving equity and investing in underrepresented talent, we announced a $100,000 contribution to the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) for the establishment of the Sprout Social Scholarship Fund. This contribution will provide eight merit-based scholarships to Black/African American college seniors who exemplify strong leadership abilities and demonstrate interest in computer science or software engineering. Scholarship recipients will also receive the opportunity to apply and interview for a full-time role at Sprout Social in the summer of 2022.
Our employee-led Business Resource Groups (BRGs) are dedicated to creating space for traditionally underrepresented communities at Sprout to come together and share their experiences with the greater organization.
