Congratulations to Rey Sepulveda on being awarded Studco’s Best! Rey re-joined the Studco team in August (having previously worked for us in 2017) as a crane operator in the coil bay. Since returning Rey has not only improved the cleanliness and organization of the coil bay, but has been able to maintain it as well. He has worked to train new staff on how to safely operate the crane and make sure that the product is being put into the proper bin locations. Rey is always willing to help his co-workers and shows up everyday with a smile on his face and a positive attitude. Rey demonstrates Studco's core values showing a passion for his position and a level of accountability and responsibility for the quality of this area. Congratulations Rey! Keep up the great work!

Congratulations to Josh McGraw on being awarded Studco’s Best in the US! While Josh has only been with us for 4 months, he has been a huge asset to the team. While his role has developed from the position he was originally hired for, Josh has done a fantastic job learning to program, run and train the operations staff on the Turret and Folder machines. His programming and manufacturing skills have allowed us to produce rush orders and increase our capacity by now both producing parts in-house while also sourcing from 3rd party vendors. Josh has demonstrated many of Studco’s core values, taking accountability and responsibility for the manufacturing on the new equipment, allowing us as a company to focus on our customers and provide better service by manufacturing products quicker, and he has shown a passion for his role and the work he is doing every day.
