Zach has done an excellent job in running the shipping team whilst also supporting the logistics team when need has extended beyond capacity. He has risen to the occasion when the workload has been demanding in shipping and logistics, ensuring that all orders meet their shipping dates. Whilst completing his own work to the highest standard, Zach has recently taken responsibility for cycle counts and provided a high level of accuracy when completing this task. Congratulations Zach!

He achieves this by building strong relationships with all key stakeholders based on honest, transparent feedback and strong communication. Anthony is dedicated to safety as he consistently ensures that all team members are wearing their PPE. He has an appropriate respect for quality assurance in taking every defect seriously and never willing to send bad material out to customers. Dennis joined the Finance team during a team transitional period and made an instant impact by jumping right in to learn his role along with additional tasks. He listened intently and asked great questions whilst learning his role to inform his understanding of processes. Congratulations to Matthew Russell for receiving the STUDCO’S BEST AWARD! Matt goes above and beyond to ensure truck deliveries are on time and damage free. When handling material, he follows all processes to ensure products are how customers would expect to receive them. He isn’t afraid to call out nonconforming products to management to ensure we are delighting customers. Matt has a strong focus on customers, keeping his schedule flexible to fill in for absent drivers and offering to make early driving runs to meet customer needs. Congratulations Matt!
