He has demonstrated a sense of urgency by being flexible and dedicated to gaining additional runtime. Ron never hesitates to help others or assist in any task asked of him, including training team members, helping Material Handlers when support is needed, running the crane, or taking on extra responsibilities in addition to his normal Setter duties.
