Congratulations to Senior Operations Manager Jackie Bragg on her 10-year anniversary with Sunstates Security! Jackie's impressive career at Sunstates began as a security officer. Her exceptional work ethic, strong customer service skills, and attention to detail quickly led to her promotion to Operations Manager. In this role, she oversaw a portfolio of clients and security officers in New Jersey. In September 2021, Jackie was promoted again to Senior Operations Manager, expanding her responsibilities to include overseeing a team of operations managers and a wider client portfolio. Beyond managing her internal team, Jackie serves as the primary client liaison, ensuring contractual compliance and maintaining strong client relationships.
