Last night, we had a great company-wide virtual Black History Month event! There was a live DJ, trivia with prizes, and a panel discussion about this year’s theme, “Black Health and Wellness.” Thank you to our awesome planning committee of TCC employees: Lisa Weaver, Breia Sangster, Daniel Walker, Alberta Thomas, Lawrence Adams, Meredith Wise, Larnell Smith, Angela Lee, Arthur Rowley, Erin Owens, Bertarius Peterson, and Reenita Keys.

Yesterday was Random Acts of Kindness Day, and it lines up perfectly with the second day in our #10DaysofGiving. We are encouraging our employees to perform one act of kindness without spending any money. Will you join us? One small action can make someone’s entire day!
Last week, we welcomed 24 sales reps from across the country to our Store Support office in Fishers, IN for our Light It Up contest. These employees were winners from our 2021 holiday sales contest and are some of our top sales reps in the company. We gave away $130,000 total, Deal or No Deal style: each employee was assigned a suitcase that had either $2,500, $5,000, or $10,000 inside, and one lucky winner received $25,000. Thank you to all the reps who participated and made this contest so much fun!

This past month, we celebrated our newly remodeled stores with a $1,000 donation to a nonprofit chosen by each local store team. In January, we donated to the Flagstaff Biking Organization (chosen by the Flagstaff, AZ store) and the Boys & Girls Club of Lake Eufaula (chosen by the Eufaula, AL store).
