Thomson Reuters announces yesterday the appointment of Steve Hasker as president and chief executive officer, succeeding Jim Smith. The company also announced that Mike Eastwood, currently senior vice president and head of corporate finance, will succeed Stephane Bello as current chief financial officer. These organizational changes are made as the company reported its fourth-quarter and full-year 2019 results, marking the eighth consecutive year that it had met or exceeded its earnings guidance, and achieving 4% revenue growth.
