Torch’s Advanced VIZLAB recently delivered SIMVANA, our first commercial product, to its first university customer, Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. SIMVANA is a virtual reality anesthesia trainer designed to disrupt the delivery of anesthesia training for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and anesthesiology residents at hospitals and universities worldwide. This is a fantastic example of utilizing technology within various sectors- from the defense industry to the public health sector. We are very proud of this team and their hard work!

We were honored to be able to support this wonderful fundraising event for Gold Star Families in North Alabama. On April 5th, National Gold Star Spouse Day, Canvas, Inc. and Semper Fi Community Task Force, as well as representatives from several of the sponsoring companies, presented a check for $15,000 to Huntsville resident and Gold Star Widow Nicoleta Padureanu and her six year old daughter. As a result of the successful fundraiser, they were also able to present a check for $2,600 to Semper Fi for their Gold Star Family programing. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to support this Gold Star Family as we remember and honor 1st LT David Albandoz, who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country on May 2, 2018.
