Consulting firm Great Place to Work® has once again named Torch one of the country's Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services (ranked #20 on the Large Companies List) for the fifth consecutive year. The winning companies were selected based on anonymous responses to the Trust Index© survey, Great Place to Work’s employee assessment survey that was completed by employee-owners in the summer of 2019. In the survey, employee-owners rated more than 60 elements of their experience on the job, including the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions, and how much camaraderie there is among the team. This morning we were proud to be able to present five nonprofit organizations with $10,000 checks as the recipients of our Torch Helps fourth quarter large grants! These grant recipients were selected by our Torch Helps contributors and the donations were presented at our Torch Helps grant presentation/breakfast in Huntsville. Additionally, our Colorado Springs location will be presenting a large grant to Safe Passage soon! We are honored to be able to support these incredible nonprofit organizations as they work to continually improve the communities that our employee-owners call home!
