From March 4th to 6th, Compass Group held its annual Women in Culinary showcase in Miami, Florida. TouchPoint was represented at the event by an Executive Chef and a Sous Chef who have both been with the organization since 2019! This showcase is held each year during #WomensHistoryMonth to celebrate the spectacular talents of female culinarians, providing a space for growth, community, and empowerment. We are so proud of these extraordinary women, who continue to inspire us with their culinary skills and innovation.
Compass Night of Stars returned to Orlando in January. This company-wide event recognizes the achievements of the top Compass Group associates nationwide, including some of our own TouchPoint associates. Among a backdrop of Golden Globe elegance, leaders accepted awards for their outstanding accomplishments and service excellence.

September 15-21, we'll be celebrating international Chef Appreciation Week to honor and recognize our talented chefs and culinary teams! Our chefs are the heart of the house and we appreciate how they use the power of food to build community and promote the wellbeing of people and planet.
The credo of TouchPoint is that we show compassion at every point of human contact. That includes taking care of one of our own Compass Group USA family members, Jerome. Eurest associate Jerome Howard ended up in the hospital a couple of weeks back at a TouchPoint account, St. Thomas Midtown Nashville. Our team made sure Jerome felt comfortable during his stay - visiting his room to check on him, inviting him to dinner, and even giving him a ride home after he was discharged. Jerome stated that he felt like royalty and was humbled to receive this type of treatment from people he had never even met. We're so proud of TouchPoint Nation for continuing to uplift the spirits of those we serve each and every day!
