Hello, Thank you for your review. Eligible 3M employees enrolled in a 3M Medical Plan receive the Routine Vision Feature. They also have the option to enroll in the Vision Service Plan Plus (VSP+), which covers the following: annual preventive eye exam; coverage toward prescription eyeglasses; annual allowance for lenses and frames or contacts; and discounts towards eyewear options and laser vision correction.
