The benefit package with ADM is fairly extensive, and for those who live in Decatur there is also access to the ADM medical and fitness centers. Depending on the department, vacation time is strictly managed and can be difficult to get time off, even when request months in advance.

The best part of the benefit packages was the fact that ADM sets up all housing and living quarters. They also paid for travel expenses and living for the summer.
