Regular associates working at least 20 hours per week are eligible for Short Term Disability (STD) benefits. Regular
associates working at least 32 hours per week are eligible for Long Term Disability (LTD) benefits.
SHORT TERM DISABILITY
Associates who are disabled due to illness or injury (not work related) are eligible to receive up to 100% of pay continuation for up to 8 weeks and 60% of pay continuation for weeks 9 through 26. There is no waiting period for this benefit; STD benefits do coordinate with any statutory or workers’ compensation benefits.
LONG TERM DISABILITY
Full-time associates can purchase LTD coverage to cover for extended disability beyond 180 days. The plan pays 60% of base annual earnings to a maximum of $15,000 per month. Associates pay the full cost of this coverage.
