ADP provides an opportunity for associates to develop flexible work schedules to meet personal and family needs. Arrangements will be defined by the associate and manager to ensure the schedule continues to meet client and company needs and does not impair the level of client service provided.

It is only when ADP determines that you are eligible to work from home as part of the Strategic Shoring initiative that you are able to work from home and it is permanent. I have a manager that will not let you work from home at all. So, I guess it depends.
