6 days of personal and sick bundled together. Seems to be the average allowance among medium to large corporations. They would roll over and payout annually.

For a DM, there is no 'sick day.' They will not take a vacation day away from you for being sick. You are expected to be responsible and get your work done. If you are sick, then stay home and recover, but the work will be there for you.
