Insurance benefits seemed to be on-par with many other corporations of similar size. I hate that they did away with extending ambulance transport benefits to employees families.

Premium cost is too high for the employees. Approximately half of my bi-weekly paycheck went to taxes and benefits.

It's pretty dang expensive for what you are getting. It is nice to have a choice between major insurances, but I would much rather have them give only one company option if it meant lower premiums.

The plans were still quite expensive to afford on an average salary in an expensive area to live.
