There are options, but the coverage is not great and the rates aren't any better.

Franchise with each owner having limited buying power. Unfortunately they can't combine to get better rates. Mine owned 2 and merged to 1 larger unit and pays 50% the premium BUT that's still more than any of my previous jobs and unaffordable to pay several days worth of pay per person to cover.

A good selection of benefits. The company would pay a high percentage of the health insurance.

I think as a big corp. they should combine their employees to make it cheaper for employees to get insurance.

The best thing AlphaGraphics offered was a Health Insurance plan that my doctor subscribed to, the worst thing was the very high deductibles and monthly employee contribution percentage.

It was not only a strong policy the company picked up the majority of the costs. I had no issue with doctors or specialists being covered.

Had an issue with carriers dropping our coverage half way through the year, but found another insurance to switch to. The new one was more expensive.

HMO insurance and dental. Not the greatest insurance, but it's free, they don't deduct from our checks.

Very poor due to no help from corporate office to negotiate good rates.
