Health insurance is superb. It starts on your first day...basically as soon as you do.

Great rates and solid coverage. You can cover your family for less that it costs to cover just yourself at some other places. Shared Deductible plan is really solid - it saves you money on your deductibles up to a reasonable level and it is quite cheap. Amazon contributes to an HRA for you, so you end up getting reimbursed for half your deductible. Combined with the basic vision and dental plans, I pay less per year than I get back in deductible reimbursements alone.
