Multiple healthcare programs provides the opportunity to choose the one that best fits your approach to healthcare, but you do have to do your homework to know which is going to best suited for you.

Pretty good plan options but not fully employer paid

Full-time benefits are much better. I hear full-time benefits are very affordable. The benefits at Amazon could be better for part-time just like UPS. I hear Amazon is working on providing there own medical benefits.

There are a lot of options in their Health Insurance plans. You can pick local institutions or private institutions. Fairly cheap.

it gives quick access to getting the best from your Physician. it saves you some money. it reduces some uneccessary health challanges

The best thing is the premium deducted from my paycheck is relatively small compared with what my friend paid at her company. I haven't used it yet so I cannot share my experience.

It is expensive when you need to add a family member.
