To me, as a Trans person, the best thing about the insurance plan they had offered at the time that I had selected is that it covered up to 90 percent of Transgender-related surgeries if your doctor was in network, I think for out of network it was like 70 or 80 percent. Low cost per month if you're single with no kids. Great coverage really, I loved it for the short time I had it.

Amazon's benefit package offers great options.

It covered most things but was not world class insurance.

Part -time employees are limited

Better if your full-time employee.

The Health Insurance is really good. I had to have surgery for a torn meniscus and the MRI and surgery were 100% covered.

PRetty good around Seattle. Premia are high though
