They have tons of options and little co-pays.

It isn't 100% covered.

The best about health insurance they give you is that you will get coverage for everything and the bad part is some health insurance wont help you that's why you should think about what health insurance you want before choosing

High deductible, high monthly contribution from salary

Never in my 20+ years of working have I ever experienced a company to offer a benefits package that even comes close to what Amazon offers.
