Price... The price seems to go up every year.

Health care is above of average with very good coverage. It is offered at a 20 percent savings from my previous employer. About average number of plans to choose from but overall very good coverage and minimal cost to employee.

The benefits package gives my family the lowest cost for our doctors, dentists, and optometrists and our prescriptions

Offers different types of health insurance, most very affordable.

The copay for most services is very minimal

The only thing I don't like about Amazons' health insurance is that temporary or seasonal employees do not qualify. Although they work extremely hard up to 60 hours a week, they do not receive health insurance. I do not like that.
