Super confusing structure. Family deductibles are different than individuals. Amazon pays the first half, which is weird because all of a sudden you start getting bills. Policies are all written in Washington even if you live out of state (ie California). They will try to get out of paying your providers. They tried to not pay my surgeon for a knee surgery. It's really really bad. I expected nothing less though as a "frugal" company.

Great thing is they offer it, the bad thing is that it is expensive for the family plan which cost around $500.00 per month for health, dental, and vision

I was young so I didn't use it very much. But there was a SWEDISH clinic next to Amazon headquarters so it made going to the doctor for physicals, etc very easy.

They use premera and give employees a variety of choices including a health savings account. the coverage is good. we have not had any complaints or issues with the healthcare coverage.

I have not encountered anything adversely negative about the insurance provided by Amazon.

The best Insurance benefit by far with Blue cross, However, amazon is flexible and allows employees to select their own medical packages

my plan has very reasonable annual out of pocket max which my family has hit multiple times so it's saved us a lot.
