It’s great that full-time employees start with benefits from their first day, however I do not believe that the package is that good for L4 hourly associates. I’ve had better benefits elsewhere. I do not know if the warehouse workers have a different benefits package.

Pretty good options. One of the best I would say.

Out of pocket for employee is way too much for tech company like AWS. I am paying 3X what I was paying before.
