Very good benefit. Amazon pays for 2x base salary for all employees. You can purchase supplemental coverage up to 10x salary. Even better is that you can buy 3x salary supplemental without any health questions or exam. You can also increase this benefit by 1x salary each year without any questions/exam. I think this is probably the most underrated benefit at Amazon.
