Lots of options available as you can: Enroll in 401k Enroll in Life Savings Enroll spouse in Life Savings Stock Shares as well

I gave 3 stars because the 401k is through Vanguard, which I really like, and there is a good variety of funds to choose from. Unfortunately, the match sucks. 50% up to 4% of salary, vesting after 4 years. Basically, most employees will never see the match.

I have nothing bad to say.

401K matching was 2 to 3% back in 2013. Not sure whether the matching amount improved or not

Excellent for us long-term employees.
