I like that we were each given a certain number of shares upon hire, that we get additional shares each year on our anniversary (I believe...), and that we're given the investment opportunity. It should help us diversify, if nothing else. Right?

This is the best part of the compensation. Every employee owns stock with Amazon and you have the opportunity to earn more based on annual review. Once it vest it's yours to do with as you wish.

Great, but please, what about not discounting less of this, the taxes are so hig it does not even make them profitable at the end
