The 401-k plan is better that many other companies.

Company match is $.50 for each $1 contributed, up to 6% of your eligible earnings. The maximum company match is 3% of your eligible earnings. Eligible earnings include base pay, bonus, vacation and sick time and does not include stock options.

Pretty good. This year is better than last year

Prudential has good plans thru Amdocs, but they only match 3% which isn't that great.
