This company lures people into working for them by telling them that this is the best company in the world, and promising their employees that they will be making over 100k after a year of working in that company.

There life insurance is comparable to other insurance agencies. You will tell people that they are getting a better deal with American Income Life because they will have access to policies that are ordinarily reserved for union members, but it's not the case. It's no worse or better than anything else out there, but you will have carefully worded scripts that will suggest that it's better.

We sell life insurance so of course the life insurance benefit is one of the best out there. You can also obtain policies for family members.

Life insurance is actually pretty decent with this company. But everything is psychological, the clients or pressured into buying immediately through the scripted sales pitch
