Professional Development

The company is huge on professional development. Mentors are there to assist with the growth and development of each individual. Conferences are held three times a year to provide on-going professional growth as well. Leadership books outside of the business is highly encouraged as well

They develop leaders and have weekly professional development seminars!

If you believe that you still have much room to grow, they will help you to do just that. Even if you don't have any experience in the field, they will make sure you get all the assistance you need. Performance seminars are held fairly regularly and it's possible to request a topic, but if the topic you wish to discuss has already been discussed, just ask someone for a run-down of the main points and they'll help you out.

So much one on one time is available when you ask for it

There is professional development in Texas every few months. I have attended leadership 101 academy last September. I will be attending more leadership academies in the near future. They set you up in a nice hotel and pay for your expenses.

The goal at this agency is to have everyone move up the latter and become a success cant fail if you wanted to

I remember the day I started with AIL and I didn’t know how to do anything in insurance and I was very young. The mentors have taught me not only how to be successful in the business but I have grown a lot mentally and in my personal life as well. I now am a great public speaker and learn how to get out of my comfort zone daily.

There always room for advancement but only if you work hard.

You learn how to grind as hard as you can by working 6 to 7 days a week, about 10 hours a day. You learn about insurance, unions and customer service.
