Work From Home

If my kids are sick, my supervisors have allowed me to work from home from time to time. I have EARNED that trust.

The days I don't have to be in the office, I can work from home on my computer or make phone calls. I love this because I can always take my work with me if I want/need. Also I commute almost and hour to the office so days I don't need to, I don't but still can get work done.

Very high pressure to be in the office. They make you feel like you shouldn't be working from home at all but it is very possible to do.

You will have to call your leads from home. You will have to work on weekends and holidays as well.

yes working from is possible. just first must show that you can be trusted to do so. during first few months still learning so after 3-6 month working from home is encouraged.

They still make you come into the office, basically every day. Or, you fear your employment if you don't.

The best thing is flexible schedule, you are your own boss for scheduling your own time.

They say you can work from home, all this means is that you set your own appointment schedule. You're required to work outside of the office just adding to the already 80 hour weeks.

They sell you on "work from home" but are upset if you do.
