It is a fantastic program

The current health care package provides many choices, from PPO to HMO plans, and many of the additional percs including dental and health care. Amgen is reducing coverage so over time I expect the health care package to become less attractive.

Worst health insurance plan since being taken over by Amgen.

Extensive physician network. Do not have to get a referral to see a specialist. Employer subsidizes a large portion of the cost.

The cost and flex spending account

The PPO is not that great. It is pricey and has high deductible.

Better than average medical insurance.

Not totally free for the insurance
