HMO & PPO offerings. 20% co-ins for PPO plans, includes chiropractic care, acupuncture care, etc.

PPO plan which company pays about 85% of premium.

Medical, dental, and vision plan Medical used to be with Aetna and switched to Anthem Thisbe Year (2018) One vision exam covered per year and up to $200 towards contacts/glasses 2 dental cleanings per year; annual max dental coverage $2000/ year

Aetna family plan was good, with good MD choices, but the deductible was quite high and the employee contribution was high.
