Decent or typical plans offered. Multiple options and coverages depending on your needs. Wide variety of providers included within the plan.

Unfortunately the health insurance gets more expensive each year with less services being paid for. The copays continue to go up also.

If you are not living in PA/CA, health insurance is as good as not having it. They don't cover anything, even for 5 year blood work most of it is not covered(have to pay out of pocket). Management keeps branding "ONE ANSYS" on paper in reality nothing happens here.

Depending on where you live, the plan can be really good, or it can prove to be difficult to find good doctors that are in network. Also having a High Deductible plan, I have never had had one previously working at 3 large software companies.
