I never had to use the EAP. I figure it's most fair to give it a neutral rating.

Helpful options for periodic assistance for employees in a variety of situations. I wish these options were more clearly explained and kept more forward in employee's minds, though I suppose they're also quite easy to find if you're looking for em.
