There are a variety of options to choose from, so you aren't stuck with just one.

Easy to access your information and all your providers and the coverage was good. And there were so many coworkers to ask about their experiences with certain doctors.

Very little out of pocket expenses with a large network of providers. The $5000 bill for my wife to give birth to our child (never mind the ridiculousness of that by itself) was only $200 out of pocket for us!

Provides good options to choose from. One improvement would be to provide cash back to employees that decline all insurance coverage because the are covered under their spouses coverage. If they turn down the benefit they should be some type of rebate

Great pricing and great insurance

Flexible plans, employee could choose what they wanted; hmo, ppo, flexible spending, etc.

The plan is better for full-time employees.

The health insurance is comparable to other large companies. It is United Healthcare

It was probably the best health insurance I ever had.
