Great health care. Whoever said they couldn't find a doctor must live in Nowheresville, USA. Apple employees pay a very low premium (35/every two weeks for vision, health, and dental) with a very low annual deductible ($300). It covers mental, vision, dental, health, freezing your eggs, etc....it's a low deductible plan at a low cost due to Apple's buying power

The only good thing is it takes effect from day one of employment. Very expensive and doesn't pay for much. EXTREMELY hard to find a doctor that will take the insurance. I thought that benefits were provided by the company but they are not.
