ARM pays for 3x base salary in term life insurance -- a lot more base insurance than my previous company provided.
But it doesn't offer options for as much *additional* insurance as my previous company did -- you'd have to buy that privately if you want much over $1 million in personal life insurance (which isn't a lot, if you have a family and live in Silicon Valley, where the median home price is over $1m).
