best thing is that it is actually offered and not that bad of a plan either

Expensive and coverage not great

Even the top tier health plan you have to meet a deductible. For someone who only needs a doctor a couple times a year, this is really inconvenient.

The insurance is a bit high

health benefits you have to pay part of it so its not free at all from life to medical dental to eye care you have to pay for everything nothing is free not even a uniform you have to pay for every little thing you get in the store and you have to go buy your own uniform.

Pathetic coverage, high premiums and deductibles . Most employees are better off declining coverage and just paying out-of-pocket.

High deductibles...very limited on what was covered by the HMO's and basically was paying on both ends.

Deductible is to high,and it's hard to obtain it
