Diversity Programs

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups made up of individuals who join together based on common backgrounds or dimensions of human diversity such as gender, race, or ethnicity.

ERGs foster and enable a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with Autodesk's mission, values, and goals. Autodesk ERGs prioritize professional and personal development, external community work, recruitment, mentorship, and business development.
