The Flexible Workplace Program is designed to maximize flexibility to meet individual employee needs, while also ensuring that business needs are met. Employees will have more flexibility for remote work choices, but with some notable limitations. Employees who are in jobs that are eligible for Hybrid flexibility will have the ability to choose between the Office-Based and Hybrid option. For employees who are in a job that is defined as required to be office-based, they will not have a choice to work Hybrid. All Home-Based assignment requests must be approved by your manager on a limited case-by-case basis. Home-Based assignments are only appropriate for new hires or approved individual relocation requests where the employee will live in a location not commutable distance to an Autodesk office.
