After so many years this company has decided to abandon the administration of their retiree benefits for their retired like so many other companies leaving the retired to handle their own payments and enrollment. It's a real shame.

Thank you for the review. The BASF 401(k) Plan, has always been administered by third parties. In fact, virtually all of our retiree benefit programs are currently administered by Fidelity, and they operate a call center that provides help and guidance to retirees who have questions. Retiree life and medical programs have been administered by Fidelity since 2007. If you have any further questions, please contact your HR Manager.
