The nice thing about working for a European company is that their insurance is very comprehensive and reasonably priced.

I've compared my insurance to friends working elsewhere and I am very happy with what I have. The insurance has covered me well.

The heath insurance is very good, but there is still a high deductible, even with the higher coverage plan.

Best - low individual cost

Several options FSA, HSA, and aPPO. Cigna Open Care Plus is popular plan.

Large HMO. Taken in most doctors in Houston area.

Good overall coverage with low deductibles.

Last year I had the normal coverage, which was fine. I went to the doctor when I got bronchitis and barely paid anything, but now I'm using the HSA and I'm thrilled. I'm not wasting money by paying insurance and not needing a doctor for anything.
