Health Insurance

Haven't had to use it, but it's very affordable.

I was never one to utilize alot of the health coverage, but it did provide adequate vision, dental and doctor's coverage, as I did not have an expensive co-pay, or prescriptions. I'm probably not the best to get this feedback from.

Anthem plan co-insurance 20/80% average benefits

Has gotten pricey last few years but coverage is very good

it was decent insurance no complaints

Generous PPO Plus plan for out of network providers

Co-Insurance - High Deductibles and only 2 health plans to choose from

it is good and low co-pay

getting more expensive every year

It is quite pricey and the network isnt that inclusive
