Short-Term Disability (STD) benefits are available at no cost. STD insurance replaces a portion of your income if you become partially or totally disabled for a short time. Employees are eligible for this company-paid benefit immediately. No maximum weekly benefit applies and coverage continues up to 13 weeks per event (unless you go out for the same condition in under two weeks).
