I was trained very extensively. For the first 1-2 weeks, I was literally sitting on a computer doing learnings on the computer to be trained for the job. After that, I was supervised very well by my warehouse department. Now, I'm trusted as one of the best! :) Definitely do not worry about performance poorly in warehouse, your team will always have your back.
