It is a flat organization. There are positives in a flat org, as there will be less politics. There are downsides to a flat organization, your career growth with respect to responsibilities has to hit a wall somewhere. That is true everywhere, but some companies create phony titles to retain their employees.

There is no real interest or willingness at the top to promote people who are cut from a different cloth than Mike Bloomberg. I've never felt I have opportunities here.
