You will be automatically enrolled at 1% of your base pay in Pencor’s 401(k) plan as of the 1st of the month after the successful completion of 90 days of employment unless you make changes to your deferral percentages through Transamerica’s website. Pencor contributes dollar for dollar up to the first 2% of your deferral as of the first day of your participation in the plan.
