I know and have personally known people that have been very let down by Boeing's health options regarding mental health and substance abuse. If these options hadn't been so poor and restrictive I feel that careers and perhaps lives could have been saved.

Other companies have better health insurance. Overall it is sufficient. But they are taking away by making employees pay more each year and adding screening requirements. If an employee does not want to have the heath screening, they penalize the employee.
