Employee Assistance Program was very helpful for myself and my family.

They were better earlier. They make you share in the cost now. Was 100% free previously.

Reasonable contributions, deductibles and access to large network of doctors.

Good health care. Includes Dental, Vision, and prescriptions. For non-union, it used to be about 7 years ago, 2013 I think, you didn't have to pay anything. Since then the medical deduction amount they take from your paycheck increases every year. So it's definitely not as good as it used to be.

Minimal out of pocket expenses monthly for health insurance and they contribute to HSA.
